A new file has been opened with PlayIt_Open . The message block contains the same information as would be returned by <<PlayIt_FileInfo,0=>PlayIt_FileInfo0>> (the data) and <<PlayIt_FileInfo,2=>PlayIt_FileInfo2>> (the filename).
